The purpose of this forum is to support the spaces and designs need for the development of a cultural center in Bismarck, North Dakota. We have learned there is a need beyond Tribal cultures. This project is inclusive of all public needs (i.e., gymnasium, auditorium, community kitchen and other spaces, etc.) in the Bismarck-Mandan-Lincoln community! We hope you will join us!
